Our property features two spacious quadruple rooms on the ground floor, perfect for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. These rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay enjoyable.When you book one of our quadruple rooms, you can expect a cozy atmosphere, comfortable beds, a private bathroom, and a range of modern conveniences. Our rooms are meticulously maintained and cleaned to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Within this 2.5-acre garden, you will discover the structure hosting Dassia Green apartments, as well as two other apartment complexes. Additionally, the garden provides two accessible picnic tables and sunbeds, which are shared amongst other accommodations, allowing you to bask in the glorious Greek sun!

Just 950 meters away, you can find either the Dassia Beach or the renowned Ipsos Beach, both offering a wide range of restaurants and bars, including the popular Montecristo Club where you can indulge in delicious cocktails. Additionally, the famous beaches of Barbati and Nissaki are less than 10 km away, making them easily accessible from our location. If you're in the mood for some grilled food, there is a restaurant conveniently located just 750 meters away from our apartments. And for your morning coffee and pastries, Artion Bakery is only 800 meters away.

Ενώ το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ κοντά στο χώρο που εργαστήκαμε και σε πολυσύχναστα σημεία, ήταν αρκετά μακριά από αυτά, ώστε να επικρατεί απόλυτη ησυχία, κάτι που χρειαζόμασταν μετά την πολύωρη και σκληρή δουλειά της ημέρας. Υπήρχε χώρος να σταθμεύσουμε μέσα στην αυλή όπου ήταν το διαμέρισμα, ώστε να νιώθουμε ασφαλείς. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν καταπράσινος. Η συμβουλή της Ευσταθίας για την επιλογή εστιατορίου ήταν καταπληκτική. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία.

Chara é stata adorabile fin da prima di arrivare all'appartamento, ci ha aiutato anche a trovare attività nei dintorni molto carine e vi ha dato ottimi consigli con risposte rapide ed efficaci. L'appartamento anche essendo un po' piccolo ha tutto il necessario, infatti non siamo dovute andare a comprarle (carta igienica, sacchetti del bidone, ecc..) ed eravamo in 5 persone per 7 giorni. Il giardino esterno invece è enorme e si può prendere il sole data la disponibilità di lettini da spiaggia. La posizione è ottima perché con l'autobus in 5 minuti si arriva ad Ipsos e la fermata è a 4 minuti a piedi dalla casa. Ci siamo trovate molto bene.

Eine sehr herzliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat beispielsweise extra einen Steckdosenschutz angebracht und eine Babybadewanne und Toilettenaufsatz für Kinder besorgt. Als sie gesehen hat, dass wir Feuerholz gesammelt haben, um zu grillen, hat sie Grillkohle und -besteck besorgt. Bei Fragen war sie stets hilfsbereit und sie war sehr freundlich. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen :)
